Sandy Beach Cottages reserve the right to ask any uncooperative guests to leave. All guests must register at our site office upon arrival. 50% deposit will be required for all Cottage reservations.
Your deposit will be fully refunded if your reservation is cancelled 8 weeks in advance. If reservations are cancelled 2-7 weeks in advance your refund will be based on whether that Cottage has been re-booked during that time period.
On arrival a credit card imprint will be required for a security deposit towards any damages. This is just a precautionary measure, to insure our Cottages are maintained in orderly manner.
You are responsible for your pet, both inside and outside the cabin. Any damages caused by your pet will result in a charge to your credit card. Your dog must be leashed if outside your cabin limits. Dogs permitted at the boat dock area only.
Smoking and Vaping will only be allowed on your cabin deck/picnic table area. Please respect our other guests.
